**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding established standards of quality and reliability, playing a vital role in ensuring that outbound parcels meet these expectations.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Full-time position, may require long hours, weekend, and holiday work depending on operational/production needs.

**Qualifications:**

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting packing lists and product specifications.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experience in quality assurance.


**Responsibilities:**
Ensure that overpacks are packed tightly to prevent movement and damage during shipping.
Confirms parcel contents are secured with the appropriate dunnage levels.
Conducts audits of parcel contents, verifying items against packing lists for accuracy.
Audits other areas of the warehouse as needed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Records any discrepancies and communicates quality issues.
Follows all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Actively participates in safety meetings and uses personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Contributes ideas to enhance quality control procedures and ensure shipment standards.
Supports efforts to address recurring quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Assists with various warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Maintains a clean, organized workspace and assists team members in daily warehouse operations.
